Refund policy

Nutrasource is a trade name (DBA) of Snaggy Groomers LLC. We want you to be happy with your order. Because our products are dietary supplements and personal-care items, we can only accept returns on items that are unopened, factory-sealed and in their original condition.

Returns window

You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order. To start a return, contact us through our Contact page with your order number and the item(s) you would like to return. We will reply with return instructions.

Items we can't accept

Opened, used or unsealed products (for health and safety reasons)
Items returned without prior approval
Items returned more than 30 days after delivery

Damaged, defective or wrong items

If your order arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the item and packaging. We will send a replacement or issue a full refund at no extra cost to you.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will let you know whether it has been approved. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method. Your bank or card issuer may take some time to post the refund.

Return shipping

Unless the item arrived damaged, defective or incorrect, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Exchanges

The fastest way to get a different item is to return the original (if eligible) and place a new order.
